It ensures mutual consent for the collaboration, photography session, and the use of images, creating a transparent and professional experience for everyone involved.

Terms & Conditions

I voluntarily participate in this collaboration.
I confirm I am 18 years or older (or have guardian consent).
Studio Pixlagoon owns copyright of all photographs.
The studio may use images for portfolio, website, social media, advertisements, competitions and marketing.
The model may use delivered images for personal promotion but cannot sell or license them without written permission.
RAW files will not be provided.
Editing style is at Studio Pixlagoon's discretion.
The model confirms they have obtained permission for clothing, accessories and locations they bring.
Either party may cancel with reasonable notice.
Images will not be used in defamatory or misleading ways.
Personal information will remain confidential except where required by law.
